The Penny credit card's terms and conditions have information on interest rates and interest charges, which include the APR for purchases, balance transfers, cash advances, and how to avoid paying interest on purchases (this describes the grace period without naming it). Fees are also covered: the annual fee, transaction fees (for balance transfers, cash advances, and foreign purchases), and penalty fees for a returned payment.

Activation of the card is subject to a CRIF score and if the score is low and after the payment, if the card is not activated then the money is non-refundable.

The card can only be used at offline stores of Penny business-accepted clubs and restaurants. Businesses can deny the card at their sole discretion. An individual cannot force the entity to accept the card.

To add money to any wallet and transfer money from card to bank, individuals have to drop a mail to penny card business e-mail address which can be found on the website.

In case the card is lost, stolen, damaged, or missed out immediately contact penny card. A sum of money 1890 INR will be charged again if the customer wants to order a new card. The first amount of registration will be forfeited and for a refund please read our refund and cancellation policy.

A Penny card is just a person-to-person credit card that he/she can borrow after the penny card gives approval over the mail in form of a gift card.

Penny card can deny card and its services to any individual without any prior notification, or information.
